Pricing & scope
Transparent, property-specific management proposals.
Your property, rental model and agreed workload determine the proposal. No fixed public rates or packages are approved at this stage.
Percentage-based
The written proposal must identify the exact revenue base and whether platform fees are deducted; exclude or include taxes, cleaning charges and other pass-through costs explicitly; define refunds, cancellations and adjustments before a fee is calculated.
Fixed fee
A defined fee for an agreed scope and period. Task limits, provider charges and out-of-scope work are stated separately.
Project-based setup
A separate proposal for agreed readiness or setup milestones, with approvals, provider costs and payment timing stated in writing.
A proposal should answer every fee question.
- Revenue basis, platform fees, refunds and adjustments
- Included services
- Excluded / optional services
- Setup / onboarding charges
- Cleaning and turnover treatment
- Maintenance / emergency callouts
- Minimum fees
- Taxes / pass-through expenses
- Contract / cancellation terms
A percentage is meaningful only with its revenue basis. A written proposal must state how platform fees, taxes, cleaning charges, refunds and pass-through costs are treated. Optional work is not automatically included. Contract and cancellation terms are agreed in writing.
