Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We focus on Edmonton and nearby communities. If your property is just outside the city, tell us about it — we'll let you know honestly whether we can support it well.

Question 2

Do you manage short-term or mid-term rentals?

Accepted Answer

Both. Short stays suit some properties and neighbourhoods; furnished mid-term stays (typically a month or longer) suit others. If you're undecided, we'll talk through the trade-offs during your assessment.

Question 3

Can you guarantee bookings or income?

Accepted Answer

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee occupancy or returns. What we offer is careful, consistent operation of your rental so it has the best chance to perform.

Question 4

I live outside Edmonton. Can you still help?

Accepted Answer

Yes — remote owners are a big part of who we serve. We coordinate on-the-ground work and keep you informed with regular reporting.

Question 5

Who does the cleaning and repairs?

Accepted Answer

Cleaning and maintenance are carried out by independent professionals. Westora schedules and coordinates them and checks the work is done to the agreed standard.

Question 6

What does management cost?

Accepted Answer

Fees depend on the property, the rental model and the services you choose. We'll share a written proposal after your assessment — there's no obligation.

Question 7

Do I need a licence or permit to rent my property?

Accepted Answer

Requirements differ between short-term and longer stays and can change. Check current City of Edmonton and Alberta requirements and get professional advice on licensing, insurance and tax. We can point you to official sources, but we don't provide legal or tax advice.

Question 8

What happens after I submit an assessment request?

Accepted Answer

We review your details and contact you to discuss your property, the service scope and whether we can support your plans. Availability is confirmed before an agreement is offered.
